Credit Agreement and e-Mandate Authorization
By electronically signing this agreement ("Agreement"), you ("User" or "Customer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms governing the use of the Finbud Pay credit facility provided through Finbudcredit. Your electronic consent authorizes Finbudcredit to set up a repayment mandate through the National Automated Clearing House (NACH) system as per applicable Indian regulations.
1. Authorization for NACH / e-Mandate
- I authorize Finbudcredit to debit my registered bank account through NACH / e-Mandate for repayment of dues.
- I confirm that the bank account details provided by me are accurate and belong to me.
- I agree to maintain sufficient balance in my bank account for scheduled debit transactions.
- The debit amount may vary depending on my outstanding dues.
- Debits may include principal dues, charges, late fees, processing fees, or other applicable charges.
- This mandate will remain valid until revoked in accordance with NPCI guidelines.
2. Nature of Finbud Pay Credit Facility
Finbud Pay provides a credit-based payment facility that allows eligible users to make purchases, pay bills, and complete transactions using a pre-approved credit limit through the Finbud Pay platform.
- Online shopping on supported e-commerce platforms.
- Offline purchases at Finbud Pay partner retail stores.
- Utility bill payments.
- QR code payments at partner merchants.
- Bank account transfers (subject to eligibility).
3. Online Shopping Transactions
- Users may place orders from supported e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other supported websites.
- A down payment of 33.33% may be required at the time of placing the order.
- The remaining 66.67% will be financed through the user's Finbud Pay credit line.
- A monthly charge of 3.5% may apply to the financed portion until fully repaid.
4. Offline Store Purchases
- Finbud Pay may be used at partner retail stores across India.
- Payments may be completed via QR scanning or POS payment terminals.
- All such transactions will be deducted from the user's available credit limit.
5. Bill Payments
Finbud Pay allows users to pay various utility and financial bills, including:
- Electricity, water, and gas bills
- DTH and FASTag recharges
- Credit card bill payments
- EMI payments to other lenders
- Other recurring utility bills
Bill payments follow a fixed 30-day repayment cycle and are generally not eligible for EMI conversion.
6. QR Code Payments
- The Pay QR feature allows users to scan merchant QR codes and pay using their credit limit.
- QR payments are accepted only at Finbud Pay partner merchants.
- Most QR transactions are not eligible for EMI conversion.
- Full repayment is typically required within 30 days.
7. Bank Transfer Feature
Users with a minimum approved credit limit of ₹25,000 may transfer funds from their Finbud Pay credit limit to a bank account.
- Transferred amounts may be eligible for EMI repayment.
- EMI tenure may be available for up to 9 months.
- A monthly charge of 3.5% may apply.
- Eligibility is determined based on credit bureau reports and internal risk assessment.
8. Transaction Processing Time
- Bill payments may take 5–8 working days to reflect with service providers.
- Shopping orders may take 5–8 working days for delivery depending on the merchant.
- If a transaction fails, the transaction may be cancelled and refunded.
9. Repayment Obligations
- The user agrees to repay all dues arising from Finbud Pay transactions.
- Repayments will be collected through the registered NACH mandate.
- Failure to repay may result in penalties, suspension of services, or legal recovery procedures.
- Finbudcredit reserves the right to report defaults to credit bureaus where applicable.
10. User Responsibilities
- The user must provide accurate KYC information.
- The credit facility must be used only for lawful personal purposes.
- Users must keep their account credentials secure.
- Fraudulent or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
11. Mandate Cancellation
- The user may request cancellation of the NACH mandate with a minimum 7 days prior notice.
- All outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to support@finbudcredit.com.
12. Data Privacy
By accepting this agreement, the user consents to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data for service delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, and credit evaluation in accordance with Finbud Pay's Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kollam, Kerala.
14. User Consent
By clicking "I Agree" or completing the e-Mandate authorization, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this agreement.
- You authorize Finbudcredit to debit your bank account via NACH.
- You agree to repay all dues related to Finbud Pay transactions.
- Your electronic signature shall have the same legal validity as a physical signature.
