Facing Auto Pay Error?
If your account is flagged with an "Auto Pay Error", it means the system has detected an issue with your repayment mandate.
Common Reasons for Auto Pay Error:
1. You signed a repayment mandate and later cancelled or paused it.
2.You used a different bank account to sign the mandate instead of your pre-verified bank account linked during onboarding.
The system considers it as a policy violation or an attempt to bypass automatic repayments.
This flag is applied to ensure repayment discipline and protect your credit health.
